Globally scalable Mazhr service is launched in Finnish markets on 3rd of December 2018. Mazhr is a new digital service for career planning, helping individuals to identify and show their professional strengths and potential. Mazhr offers certified online tests, high quality reports, coaching and career matching, all in one service.
Mazhr helps to match individuals, career options and employers with an unique intelligent matching algorithm. Individuals will find career and job opportunities which best match their personal strengths and tested features. Organizations can efficiently and accurately identify the best talents for the open positions. For ones planning their career, Mazhr helps to choose a direction when wondering which profession or job is best suited for one. New Mazhr Card will change the way individuals show their potential. It is a shareable dynamic document showing one’s verified strengths.

Prior to launch, Mazhr has piloted the application with selected high schools and colleges in Finland within their innovation programs. Earlier Mazhr was selected among the first Finnish companies to EU´s EURES cooperation network.

It’s that time of the year again that holidays are over, school’s back on, and just about everyone has had their summer holidays.
My summer Marketing internship at Mazhr is soon coming to an end and I have reflected upon my time working with their wonderful team.
